Noisy girls?

Any idea what these girls are being so noisy about? They aren’t generally this chatty. Does this particular vocalization mean something? I’m interpreting it as "Ugh, effing snow, we hate this!"

That's just the early morning self important, we-have-things-to-do, announcement to get the crew pumped for a day of egg laying. Or thinking about it, anyway.
