Noisy "hen"

I have some hens that make more noise than the roosters we have. They are game and game/bantam, They can really raise a ruckuss!!

we've got one hen that makes a lot of noise at various time throughout the day. generally down the back of the backyard where the closest house is

we could hear her from inside so after a few weeks of worrying about the neighbours hating the noise i went and took them some eggs to say sorry. turns out they're some of those weirdos like me who like the noise and love having chickens over their back fence. they also told me they no longer buy chicken to eat because their young son won't let them since looking through a gap in the fence at the girls all the time

Same here. My RIR is one noisy girl. Hear her all the time. She hears the latch on front gate and starts going...I think she's Italian

This 4 month old RIR won't stop making noise! I thought we were in the clear and had all hens but this one won't shut up. What do you think? A chatty hen or a rooster?

i have a RIR to and she honks like there is no tomorrow. even when she isn't laying an egg!!!
