Nominate the ugliest website in America

I have taught classes where young people use Powerpoint to assist their presentations. There are some basic rules of order and readability that I cover; however, most people "get it." For instance, no yellow font on a powder blue background. This website is just awful. At one point, there is black font on a partially black background.

Far too difficult to read...... I know that for me, if visiting any site, if I can't read the home page comfortably, I never go back to the site.

Also what a lot of web pages designers don't realise is that dyslexic people have problems reading where certain colours are concerned.
