My 2 yr old hen has stopped laying, limps on her left leg and has watery poo. She does eat and drink. She barely walks. Any thoughts / advice would be great.

Welcome to BYC. Can you look at her hurt leg for any swelling or bruising, and then at her foot pad for any scabs that could be bumble foot? Does she hold the bad leg up, or does she walk on it? A picture of her standing, or even better, a video posted to YouTube with a link here would let us see her walking. I would get some poultry vitamins with electrolytes, and put them in her water, since vitamin deficiencies can sometimes cause leg problems. Tomorrow, if possible you may want to get her droppings checked for coccidiosis and worms. Cocci is usually more a problem in young chicks, but still can cause problems later if there is a problem with immunity.

They are usually found where you buy your chicken feed, in farm stores, Tractor Supply, Rural King, Southern States, etc.In a pinch you can temprorarily use baby liquid vitamins (PolyVisol-Nor Iron) or a human B Complex tablet crushed into food or water.
