Normal Duck Behavior??

I have two male Pekin. Sometimes they will "shake" their heads And when I say shake I mean it almost vibrates and then they will kind of charge at something. Is this aggressive? They will also at some point tuck their heads very close to their breasts. Is this posturing?

I’ve seen the head-vibrations before, it’s dominance related, not necessarily aggressive. What are they charging at?
I’m unsure about the head-tucking.

Each other, they will come up to the back of the turkey and shiver and the push into/nudge her, my Chihuahua, and today they did it to me. It doesn't seem super aggressive. I will definitely get a video and post tomorrow afternoon

My son has a pekin (female not drake) that started pulling her neck down and into her chest when she is stressed. Running round the backyard she is fine, but pulls in her neck and runs away when I go into the back yard. She has known me for more than 3 years l, since she was a little yellow fluffie, but that how she is with humans, now.

Okay, yes, that’s definitely dominance behavior. Non-aggressive, as long as they’re just pushing, not biting. They’re trying to say, “I’m bigger and stronger than you!” even if they’re clearly NOT

I know for female ducks, they’ll do head-tucking when they’re complaining / when they’re broody, like what ruthhope describes, but I’m not sure what a drake doing it would mean. I’ll try to tell you more with the video.
