North Carolina

Odd item for anyone that may want. I have found kittens under the shed. I guess the momma thought it was a safe place for them, but I know what the hubby thinks about cats. This is not the first time she has done this and I plan to try to get close enough to her to take her to the vet, or something. There were cats out in the woods here about 7 years ago and I got them all fixed and homes eventually. I don't want her to go after any of my young birds either!

So we now have birds to trade or sell, cats to anyone who can give them a warm barn or home, and what ever is extra in the garden, or never got transplanted into the garden (tomatoes, basil etc.)!

Hey all..... did you know there is another North Carolina thread? This where most of us hang out to chat.....

I hope you have enjoyed NC, while you were visiting, kasey08. I have plenty of birds to spare, but not the breads you are looking for.

I'm from Raeford, NC.

I raise the following: pair of Cuban Whistling Ducks, Black-Bellied Whistling duck (will have female soon

), khaki cambell (few light colored buff), grey dewlap toulouse (Holderread line babies), 3 buff dewlap toulouse (2 adult females and one I hatched from egg of eBay...hope it's a boy).

I have been looking for someone to come sex my goslings and even offered an new incukit and wine cooler but so far all I got was "how to" vent sex....I know how to vent sex but I don't know what I'm looking at...lol. Couple of years ago I offered money....someone came and just pointed and said this a male and that's a female....

I know some breeds you can do that but they were only half right and I could have just tossed a coin with the same results....lol. Anyways- can anyone help me with this? I would ask a vet but they would cost way more than I have to offer. If you don't want an incukit and cooler....I do have a standard size refridgerator that I had completely gutted out and removed the wall that seperates the freezer and refridge part: I will toss in a heater, reptile thermostat, automatic waterer, a bucket you can attach it to that I made, ducking tape (not duck tape but aka: heat tape), bread trays, and whatever else I can find so that you can build your own huge incubator. You just need a truck and something to tie down...since it's been gutted- it's not very heavy to move. I have a total of 8 goslings that need sexed: 7 hatched on 5/14 and one on 6/10. PLEASE MESSAGE ME if you can help
