Lukecityhens is a dad! At 8:29 pm, his lady delivered a 8 lb 5 oz, 21 inch long little man-child. I plan on visiting tomorrow, since I've met mom several times. If anyone in the area also wants to visit, pm me for particulars.

Oh! And mom is fine! He said he would likely not be on for a bit, so you might want to pm congrats so he sees them!

Hey! Just catching up and checking in ...currently have lil chicks in my living room, medium sized chicks in the garage, and big chicks in the grow out pen...thinking back it would seem that I got a little carried away with the hatching bug this spring!!

So we unfortunately ended up with a roo. I had originally asked this question in previous posts, but he hadn't started to crow yet. At what age do they typically begin? My husband doesn't want to get rid of him but we live in Downtown Cary so we can't keep him.
