Good morning folks

It is white and crunchy outside this morning. Chores are going
to be an interesting affair.........I must remember to be careful
while being playful cuz I know I will get foolish.......it's snow
after all.

Heading out with the babies... the smallest never saw snow.

I just let my mixed flock of 22 out of the coop. They only get locked in the coop when it is very cold, other than that, the run is locked and secure. Most of them have never seen snow and they were NOT amused! After a brief look around, the alpha roo went back inside the coop and is desperately calling the ladies back in LOL! I don't blame them. I prefer enjoying the snow from inside my house too

We have a decent inch of snow - not the 2-5" we were promised ... and certainly not worth TWO full snow days. We're heading out to play now

We got about 3 inches of snow here in Fairfield. Iam hoping to get some cool pics of our turkeys out in the snow today. Ill probably have to bribe them with some treats. lol
