North Carolina

Just wondering, but if I were to hatch out about 4 Red Turkens (standard), 4 Black Cochins (bantams), 2 Buff Silkies (bantams) would anyone be interested in buying them? I know your probably not suppose to try and sell on this thread but I was just wondering what type/breed of chickens/bantams you guys and gals were interested in. I would probably sell the Turkens for $3 each and the bantams $2 each. Is that a good price? Anyone who sells chickens for a small business please let me know! Thanks!

I HAD to go get some sweat shirts for my husband since we are building a house and my husband started wiring it today and needed some new ones since he has lost so much weight in recent years.  I took a glance at the "Sales" while in WALMART and had to laugh.  There was a tablet that I bought this past summer on "Sale" for $30 more than I paid for mine.  LMAO!!!  If you go shopping, know what the normal prices are so you don't get sucked in.
On top of that, a lot of electronics on sale....TVs, VCRs, etc, are cheaper versions made just for Black Friday! I didn't know that for years!

And count me in for that chicken food!

Good morning folks

Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving and visit with
family and friends.
And so the holiday season has begun in earnest. I started getting out
the lights for decorating the yard. It will take me a bit to get them all up
since the next two weekends I will be busy with chicken shows. At least
I managed to find most of the lights........now to find the rest of them.

Good morning!,(or maybe not, depending on your night!)

CSB, we store lights and other decorations in popcorn tins these days! Easy to spot in storage, and they keep moisture and mice out, as we keep them out in the shop. And we can pull them out one at a time, in the order we want, and not get swamped. Plus...hubby gets the popcorn!

Hope everyone had a great T-day! We sure did!
