Soooo good to see that everyone is alive and warm and well. Love the pics Trish; didn't know they made "Pinto" dachsunds--he's a cutie.
Matt---I think you got more snow they we did; the winds DID arrive here, while we were driving into town.....I had heard of white-outs, but I'd never seen one before today. I hated to get out in this mess, but we were too low on fuel for the generator. Our power was restored around noon today, but I'm pretty sure it'll go out again.
CoffeeCow---my parents live in Little Washington; I did to for many years. Daddy use to have ducks, but mom made him get rid of them "they stink".
The wind is gusting so much that you can here icicles hitting the house. Saw quite a few vehicles in the ditches on our trip to town.
With the power back on, I can turn on the heater in the main barn---birds sure were happy about that. The temp had dropped to 42 with just their heat lamps on.
