Sorry I've been away yet again in my own little world. Between work and the garden and the family and the Mother-In-Law going to show up on Saturday I'm pooped! I'm so excited about the garden though, its coming out awesome... even though my back has other thoughts about it. But a hot bath and some epson salts and I'll be back at it again tomorrow if I can get in an hour or 2!

Transplanted a failing rose from my mom's yard. Hopefully it won't have to see the blades of a mower ever again.

It's been super busy on the homefront today.... planted 2 Raspberry plants and a Pink Lemonade Blueberry Bush.... I cannot wait to try some of those berries. I found the bush at TSC when I went to get medicine for my sick rooster and *cough* browse their chick selection... but was good and did not buy anything.

Unbelievable... I know... right.

Oh yeah... while outside watching my baby goats play... I notice Rainy has a little extra something something..... Call the hubby over to recalculate his assumption of us having 2 female kids.... so needless to say... "Rainy" is now "Thunder". Yes! A little billy. Anyone interested in a baby billy goat?
Just shameful! Hubby is not allowed to sex goats anymore.

What are you looking for in chicks.........  I have several different breeds.

I just learned of this farm from this thread a few days ago. They do have the egg layers my hubby likes, the silkies I lime, but no wcbp that my son likes.

I am in love with silkies. My son likes the top hats. My hubby is all for the egg layers. There are other breeds that I like, but that is the top 3 .
