My muscovy hen decided to start laying yesterday.. yay! And my welsh harlequin hen is laying too.. soon I will be overrun with duckies

Afternoon All! Just popping in for a minute to give results of this rounds hatch. There are 20 bouncing babies in the incubator, 18 of those are lav & split bantam orps, 1 blue bantam orp and 1 bantam olive egger.

Well back to a crazy day!!

Well the girl I'm getting one for in Wilmington has hatchery breed silkies right now and wants to better her flock. Right now she's not selling anything, and probably won't for awhile have anything better then you'd get from a hatchery. I live south of Raleigh and have gotten some birds from Beth, gotten some from Sassy Silkies and few other places over the years to breed some of my own. I lost my show quality rooster and have to start over again. No fertile eggs or chicks here for awhile. Boooo
