yay for new coops. I can't wait till we are on our property and I can set up breeding coops. The last place we went camping was at hayburn state park. Just out of Plummer. r are all about finding free places to camp but I made my husband get us a little motor home so it makes it more enjoyable for me.
Yes, campers or truck bed campers are nice, that is what we have. it is hard for me to make the bed, but other than that, we love our camper & camping. we havnt gone for over a yr; i have too many animals to go anywhere now. i would have to hire someone to feed, water and take care of them. My sister just told me she is getting married April 2017, so i will have to plan for at least 1 week of being away. i have time to find someone.
i know what you mean. but i officially turned off my bators 2 days ado and will not turn them on again until ???? tomorrow... tee hee, just kidding. i will not hatch again til next Feb or March??

Hi Shari... SGD=Silver Grey Dorking. RD=Red Dorking. SGD/WAM mix=Silver Grey Dorking & White Ameraucana mix. I really like these chickens they are pretty.
I have two hatches in the incubator and I've got two more going in tomorrow. The husband keeps looking at it suspiciously and asking, "Are there more in there?"
what r u hatching? My broody buff O chicken hatched 2 chicks so far, more to hatch, maybe? I dont need any more cickens but just wanted to let her be broody/hatch. My dh doesnt say anything bout my ducks and chickens. I know what he would like to say, however... "your crazy"
