Oh noooo, i feel your pain... sooooo sorry for your babies. I hope they didnt suffer. Do you think the 2 Buff O's you gave me are ok? what are the symptoms?
P.S. you can have all the eggs I can collect of my chickens, if you want? but I dont think anyone wants any of mine.
they should be fine I never cross contaminate my outside coops with my chicks inside.

OK, thanks. Do you want some eggs? I have a large bowl sitting on my kitchen counter, they are from Jan & Feb and a few from March. I collected 38 eggs for a teacher in Pullman. she came and got them Thurs night.
Mark and I are going to CDA tomorrow, I can drop off eggs for you? let me know, we are leaving about 10am. call before then. you have my no, right?

@UGLYFOOT Hi, I wanted to show you the candler my DH made for me with scrap wood (melamine wood and a light fixture). Just in case you or your DH want to make one. I have a 95W bulb in it and it is great.

These were my shipped SWH eggs.

Cyndi D...His dad was a cochin bantam, his mom is a mix of a grey egg layer, but he is not small, and he is not super large either, but he sure is handsome! The blue splash frizzle rooster below is the same age 4 months and also has the Grey egg gene, he is much smaller, Roosters are Free! Both are related to this grey egg laying frizzle. She is small but not bantam.
what would I get (breeding) if I covered my Seabright hen w/your blue splash frizzle roo? I like him alot. where are you located? I am in Tensed, ID, 1hr from Spokane, WA. I like your first roo, also, he is handsome.

Up to 9 ducklings, 2 more pipped, goose is zipping. I had to take the dry ducklings out of the incubator, they were way too crowded!

I am about 4 hrs west of Spokane.

but the price is right! I may have to head that way
soonish, I could let you know if I do...

You would get 50/50 frizzles, maybe blue lacing in the feathers, and even though he is light colored, the female chicks would probably be more blue like my avatar. and possibly grey eggs, he had grey egg genes, but his hatching egg was a pretty kelly green with spots.

I would love to have him. how old is the other roo? in your first pic?
Let me know when and where to meet you, or I will just take a road trip!
Anyone want to come with me?

No, not anymore. We play for fun on occasion, but not very often.

The house we bought had a pool table downstairs, not a good one at all, but the balls do roll on it OK, anyway, i was practicing for awhile. we bought new pool sticks, not expensive ones. I love to play pool but am not good... practice, practice, practice, huh?
I love to watch the pool tournaments on TV... Maybe we could meet at a pool room... NOT A BAR... just where they have pool tables, for our next meet???
