I check in every once in a while. Seeing the picture of my coop last summer makes me wistful. It's been white out there for some time now. I'm starting to look forward to seeing green.

Haha! They are. I cannot keep them inside. I just gave them several shelters to get under. Last night I figured with the rain and all they would go inside on their own. Nope. I had to put them in again.

LOL, your hilarious! but i hate to let you know your wrong. It just seems like we have more chickens cuz we know how to cage them up. LOL For some reason the moose won't let us cage them.

btw, i shut my chickens up in the coop. no they can't get out, but neither can the heat. Somebody asked about insulating. a friend and i use the old feed sacks and staple/tack them up around the outside walls of the coop. It doesn't hurt. I haven't found a frozen egg in weeks.
