My brooder is kinda empty. 2 days ago it had 21 silkies and sizzles. They all moved on and I am down to Serama, Danver and a buff silkie. Frizzle white Cochin and sizzles in the bator!

Does anyone in the Fairbanks area use fermented feed? If so could we meet up sometime and show me how its done?

Ok lets ..step one buy grain barely, oats
Step2 find buckets or some thing to hold water.
Step 3 place some grain in container.
Step 4 fill container so water is above grain level.
Step 5 wait 2 to 4 days.
Step 6 rinse grain and feed to birds.
