Northeastern Poultry Congress - Springfield, MA - Jan 16-17, 2010

I have some rumpless araucana cockerels looking for homes should anyone be interested (they are $10 a piece)! Also, one bilaterally tufted, rumpless rooster for $50, he has made many nice youngsters and will do well for another breeder wanting to add tufts. He's a gentleman too, black and red-orange, in a birchen pattern. I will bring them to the show for prepaid buyers.

Also, BYC'ers, how about setting up some get-togethers?

I'm staying at the host hotel and will be in Friday evening to coop in early and settle in for a low stress evening. Dinner meeting anyone? Hotel patrons, breakfast is nice, buffet style, meet before heading over for judging?

I have a very nice partridge Plymouth rock hen I would like to sell and can bring to the show if someone wants to buy her. I think she is exhibition quality. I don't work with this breed and she is the only one I have. She is just now a year old, has molted and is laying again. If anyone is interested let me know and I will bring her down. The sales area is now $50 and I don't have that kind of money to spend. Same with araucanas, I have one very good breeder cock that is bilaterally tufted, rumpless and some rumpless cockerels.

I may bring some, not sure yet though.

The $50 sales area is a section that people can buy to sell many birds at a time. The reason individual sales coops aren't being sold is because they're not sure how many entries will be received and there's only so many cages. If there are extra cages, they can be sold as sales coops.

Wow I can't spell..
