Yummy! Lucky you! They are my favorite to eat, so I've spent the most time fishing for them. Other fish are fun to catch, but not nearly as tasty.

I've always filleted mine, due to a family member or two that were fussy about bones. My aunt, on the other hand, won't cook them without the skin on, because that's where all the flavor is. Any way you cook them, they're delicious.
