3 nights in a row ???? that sounds so bad , after the first deadly night why didnt u do anything ,,,, or should i say ,,, what did u do to protect them the next 2 nites ?,,,, i think everyone has a experance with coons and posum butmost people wont let it happen another night i am sure i didnt read the post right and i am not blameing

My poor babies. In 3 nights they were tortured and killed. I bet my chickens when they put themselves to bed at night wondered which ones would be taken that night.
And after I found out 5 days later I only had 1 BR hen, my 2 EE hens, & a RIR hen with her 6 babies. And a couple friends of mine found 9 of the 11 chickens above my coop
rotting!!! They only took 2 of them for food.
I hate those things with a passion.
I still have my BR hen and my 2 EE hens from my original flock. One of my EE hens (Marshmallow) is the 2009 champion hen from the local fair.
