@DuckyDonna put calcium citrate over the oyster shells but they have to eat them to get the extra calcium

here is info on giving a pill to a duck it's not as easy as it sounds unless you know what you are doing.

I actually don't put the calcium citrate over the oyster shells.

I put the calcium citrate pills that I smash up over their food if I don't know which duck has the problem. If I do know which duck it is, I'll give that duck a special treat like watermelon or tomatoes with the pill sprinkled over it.

I think I'd have to give her the pill whole, just put into some fruit or something-
I use a calcium powder already but she hates the texture/taste of it. I kind of need a way to sneak it in

I think those pills work out 350mg each, would that be too much for one dose?

IDK about that. The pills I use are 600 mg but I've never tried giving them a pill whole. They are awfully big.
