Not again 😣

I think I have some medication left over from when Dougie hurt herself last year, but that stuff is old, I don't know if it would be safe or effective to use now

She's getting extra nutritional yeast on her food today, I know that's not as effective as B complex, but I figured worth doing for now
That extra will help her
If under a year and if it looks good still should be okay
Liquid is harder then pill form
Pills you can keep for years after
My nurse friend just gave me outdated ( 2 years ) allergy pills
She said all that happens is they can be less but hers worked on me
She said she never throws away meds past due date

I had to pull Sprightly out of the coop today, she didn't want to come out... not even for breakfast!
she was fluffed up and a bit loud, so maybe going broody? The eggs were warm this morning so someone was sitting on them again

She has had her calcium, and breakfast, her limp seems to be gone. At least, mostly

I think we've gone a week with solid shells, as of today. So I'll be reducing the dose a little today, and tomorrow we'll go down to half. Fingers crossed the shells keep coming

Those seem like some exciting news! Hoping she has gone broody!

Sure, why not! But please make sure to tell Dougie not to mention duck habits. Ursula has already affected everyone with her liking towards water...
Oh please, as if she'd pollute their minds. And water.

The fluffed up feathers
Not running for feed
Getting louder are all signs of broody
Is very possible she could be starting
She will continue to lay eggs and sit only half the time till she gets her full cutch then she will sit full time and stop laying eggs
Sure hope this works and gives her body a good break from laying eggs
