I was given this bird along with a blue rooster same age yesterday (not sure if this is a hen or roo) anyway he/she is acting very lethargic and I saw small amounts of blood in stool more like a tint of blood but it was there. Could this be stress or somthing worse ?He/She is in a pen alone now, the only other bird it has been with was the other oegb that it came with. My bbr oegb dies the other day which is why my friend gave me these. I do not know the age of these birds i was told 2 months.

Tail droop, bloody stool, and lethargic makes me think coccidiosis. This bird needs corrid right away.

Where can I get that at any ffed store?? I have never dealt with that the other birds he/she was with looked fine! MAn I am going to agway tomorrow for swap do they carry corrid?Darn it poor baby.

Have you checked for lice? Lice &/or mites can really bring a chicken down. You might want to take a listen to see if his breathing is alright.
It's often a guessing game with my chickens. Being lethargic could mean many different things. Do you know if he has been wormed? That could be a place to start. I would also add some vitamins/electrolytes to his water. You can pick up a bag of it at any feed store. You mix it in with their drinking water.
Try giving him some treats to boost him up a bit. Scrambled eggs, yogurt (plain is best, but if you give flavored, make sure it is not with artificial sweetner).
Part of the problem maybe him just being in a new place.
Not really sure, but you've come to the right place.

I gave him/her eggs and yogurt ate fine. Also it ate a bowl of chick start medicated I know the person I got this bird from does not use medicated. It drinks fine and is pooping ok just blood tinge and a little runny it 30 minutes he/she went twice. One looked runny no tinge one looked blood tinged. Thanks again for any advise. Oh and I have not wormed I just got it last night.
