Not an egg

I've heard of lack of calcium causing really thin/non existent shells, but I am not sure if that would cause a hen to die suddenly?
It could be noted that stress can cause that, as well
It can. If the thin shelled egg breaks internally it can cause a fatal infection.

Here are some pictures of what is happening. It seems like instead of an egg it is pushing out this liquid.

We feed them pellets, cracked corn, meal worms and on cold mornings hot oatmeal.
What is the protein and calcium percentages of the pellets?
Cut out the cracked corn and oatmeal.
Hot Oatmeal is for humans, not chickens ;)
