Not getting post or tag notifications for one thread?

On my thread, farm chatter, I am not receiving notifications for either new posts to the thread or tag notifications, only if someone replies to my posts. It's only on farm chatter- the other threads work fine.

I tried unwatching and rewatching it, but it didn't work at all.
I'm definitely watching it.

All of my notifications are set to on.

I am using the latest version of chrome on Windows 10 with a Thinkpad.

I have the same issue. The problem is if you receive a Notification and miss it you won’t receive any more because after you get the first notification you don’t get more. It’s why I’m hardly ever on Farm Chatter.
