Not Good News

I am just reading about this now. I am so very sorry you are dealing with this. If I can help in any way I will. Prayers to you and I hope you keep up your advice on this forum, spreading your knowledge to the younger generations. I know I have learned much from you here.

Hello Deerman, I don't know you, except from your posts on BYC. I would like to offer my prayers for you along with everyone. I would also like to say this. My husband has cancer, also. I have two children and 5 grandchildren, whom I love dearly. I have cats, dogs, llamas, goats, chickens, turkeys, guineas, peafowl. I spend time with my children and grandchildren, but they are not always here. My animals, on the other hand are always near. They give me such peace just watching them. If it were not for them, I think I would go crazy. I have watched every one of them grow into beautiful creatures and I know I always want them around me as long as long as I can take care of them. That is the factor that determines. I wish for you and your family peace and improved health.

I am so sorry about your illness. I am praying for you.

Blessings to you, Burt. We know how much you care about your birds ~ this must be a difficult decision. I hope that you will continue to pop in and visit your BYC family too.

I have know Burt for years and we talk to each other on the phone alot. He has gone through this before and has beat it and with a little help from God and all his friends he will beat it again.
Get well soon

Hey, best wishes to you from a fellow Buckeye. Keep thinking positive, and fight like crazy. I have two brothers
with cancer, and that's the attitude they have, I really think it helps.

Also, do you have any peahens who are around a year old? I would be interested in the price, if you do.
We could drive down to get them and they would be loved and well taken care of.
