not growing feathers back

Ive heard of a mash to help this but dont know the formula.

How long have they not had feathers?
Extra protein helps feathers grow make.
For a mash, you add water to their feed. You can’t leave the feed out for multiple days because mold will develop on the feed.

She has always been short on feathers and we thought she was molting but its never got better and we are looking for a vitamin mash or a reason this would be.Our other Rhode Island reds are good we only have three

Is she a rescue hen and came quite bald?

Could it be from feather pecking?
Or lice or mites?

Eggs are a great source of protein if you scramble some eggs for the flock.

Can you post a picture? Are you certain the other birds are not feather pecking/plucking her?
