Not hatching

Hi everyone new to this site .
Got a question. I was given 7 supposedly fertile eggs to hatch 3 chick's hatched last weekend.
The others havnt so does that mean they won't now or could they just be taking longer than the others if so how much longer.
I was told 21 days and that works out right for the ones that have hatched

Did you candle the eggs to see if they were developing ?

If day 21 was last weekend then the other ones are probly dis(dead in shell) or infertile you can candel them to know for sure but usually any chicken egg that doesnt hatch by day 23 is a gonner, nothing ever hatches beyond day 25 even if twmps were low, and if you keep them in there they may explode and that will stink really really bad!!!
