Not Laying

I have 3 female and 1 male. The two brown Cortonix have laid everyday but the white A&M hasn't laid at all. The male follows all of them around, crows, and grabs them by the back of the neck. They have plenty of light, food, water, etc.

Suggestions?

Is the A&M getting more male attention than the wild types? And (gotta ask, cuz it's happened) you sure the A&M's a hen?

Honestly, one of the wild ones gets the most of it. Her poor head is bald. I thought the other white one was a maybe a male but she doesn't crow and makes the same type of cooing sounds that the other females do. It's just weird she isn't laying.

Hmm. About how many hours of daylight are they getting? This time of year, could be starting a molt.
