I have a couple I am unsure of:

Chick#1. 4 weeks, feathering slowly

Chick#2. 4-ish weeks old she reminds us of our buff laced sebright, but...?

Chick#3 6 weeks OEGB, but what color?

Chick#4. 6 weeks. Looks like our porcelain d'Uccles, but not a stitch of blue on him.

Chick#5. 2-3 weeks I thought it was a white crested black polish, but all the feathers are growing in white, and the crest has shrunk.

Excited to hear what you have to say, thanks.

6 week old white crested blue polish Wondering on genders.

The darker one is the same age but is a runt and still grows at the same pace.

I had a feeling the white one was the other Andalusian. With the black ones I know for sure one is the australorp just not sure which. As for the other one it’s the rare breed but I have no idea what. I really thought Jersey giant but the bottoms of her feet aren’t yellow. According to my husband at least. I need to go look for myself. Thank you for your help!
Figuring out which one is the australorp would make it easy to tell what breed the other chick is. However, the problem with hatchery quality australorps is that some do have yellow legs, which makes it a lot harder to tell them apart from jersey giants.

Where did you get them?

They both look like pullets at this point, but I would watch the smaller one for any more wattle growth.

All of mine are TSC. Our store says they get them from Hoover and Townline.
Neither of them show buff sebright, but we got one last year, so I figure they stick in extra babies from trials, maybe.

I can tell you what breed or mix of breeds you have. All you have to do is post some pictures and tell me where you got your chicken(s).

Preferred pictures would be a standing side profile, a picture of the legs and feet (if not included in the side profile), and a picture of the comb (if it's not a single comb).

I would also prefer that you only post chickens that are older than 12 weeks. I can try with younger chicks, but sometimes it's impossible to know at that age.

I would be happy to tell you how I came to my conclusions. If you're wondering about your chicken's sex, I can help with that, too!
Impossible

(Keep in mind these are all guesses, as they’re too young for me to be sure.)
1- tolbunt polish
2- white rosecomb bantam (cockerel?)
3- blue breasted red OEGB
4- gold neck d’uccle (cockerel?)
5- mottled houdan

Seeing as these aren’t listed on those hatcheries’ websites, I am very interested in what they’ll look like grown up, so I can see if my guesses are correct.

Impossible
Looking back at the first post of this thread, I do think I could’ve worded it a little differently. My answers are backed by my general knowledge of the traits of many different breeds. However, that doesn’t mean that I’ll always be right. Sorry if my confidence in this offended you.

I sincerely apologise, but I forgot a key piece of information that could change your predictions. *All of these birds are bantams.* You may have realized it anyway, but I feel bad for not putting it in there. Please let me know if it changes anything. Sorry.

Hi, I’m new to having chicks. I’m wondering if what these 2 might be as far as breed/gender. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

1. Frizzle cochin, cockerel?
