Not sure if my egg is going to hatch

My egg is 5 days late the other two hatched 2 days ago. If it’s dead what do I do with it

Did you candle it during incubation to make sure it was viable ? Were all eggs incubated starting at the same time ? If so at 5 days late it is most likely dead/non viable. Simply discard it.

I candle it and it was a shadow with a sort of air bubble like the ones that hatched

Maybe post a photo of it. Could you feel it moving?

In the case in which you need to discard of the egg I’d tie it up in a plastic bag to stop it from exploding all over your bin. If you decide to compost it crack it open so it doesn’t explode. It isn’t likely to happen but if it does you don’t really want to be cleaning up an exploded egg.
