Not sure if this is the correct forum, but i have a question about safe fertilizers in poultry areas

Might this be safe to use in potted plants in my yard where the ducks or chickens might possibly be able to get to the dirt in the potted plant someday?

I have tenny tiny babies and it will be a while until they are outside full time. My gardener is quite upset with me because I told him no more fertilizer. What is safe to use?
