Hey guys! It's great that you are doing this. I have a few chicks and I have no idea whether they are pullets or roos. Can you guys help??

Chick #1 Golden Laced Cochin

Chick #2 Barred Rock

Chick #3 Amberlink

Chick #4 GLW

Chick #5 Buff Brahma

Chick #6 Black Australorp

Chick #7 Silkie mixed with ????

Chick #8 Silkie Frizzle

Chick #9 Ameraucana

Chick #10 Buff Orpington
They are still a little young.. only 2-3 weeks but I am dying to know your opinions!

Almost 8 week old BOs. The first has a very fluffly butt already. Looks like a pullet to me, but a pink face. The second is smaller and has a slightly bigger comb. First time with Buffs...they seem tricky. I would love opinions! Thanks!

Please help i think she is a RIR but not sure and im hoping she is a she and not a he...also if you might know the breed of the white one that would be amazing. They are about 3.5 weeks old. I bought them from the feed store and they have some wars but im not sure if they are sorting the pecking order or if my RIR is a roo. Thanks for your help.

3 week old barred rock. I can't tell if it's a pullet or not. The others were easy but this one looks 50/50 to me. Thank you.

I am thinking pullet, but time will tell for sure.

Still a little young to sex accurate!y, but in my opinion, all look like pullets right now.

Little early to sex accurately, but the RIR is looking rooish. As for the yellow chick, I wouldn't be able to say a breed for sure. What were the breeds in the bins where you got your chicks?
