Mixed breed. Not a Barred Rock with that comb. Definitely a cockerel.

This is my bantam Cochin 12 week old chick. We got her straight run, and I thought she was a pullet, but this morning she crowed! I did read that there are some hens that are "over mature," and crow. Any idea on her gender? Thanks so much in advance!!
