Of course they are! The males have white down and feather in white, the females have gold to red down and feather in white at first and then orangey red. It really is 99.99% BTW, the only reason it's not 100% is that a male chick occasionally occurs that's white with faint gold stripes and it gets in the pullet bin but then feathers as a male. But yours all have normal pullet appearance.
