At 1st glance I'd guess male because of the different shoulder color & pink comb. I see a 3-rowed pea comb & that could mean male (but not 100% in all cases.) However, I once had an EE start laying at only 17 weeks.

To make sure it's a male:
Did the comb just recently turn red (pullet) or has it been pink for a couple weeks (cock)?Do you see small pointed hackle & saddle feathers coming in? (male)

It looks like a female silkie mix to me. Things could always change as they mature, but so far, no male traits are showing.

Could she have some Polish in her?

It is possible... I was told they were Silkies when I bought them and as they grew it became apparent they were mixes, but I am not sure mixed with what. The others have regular feathers but large crests. I don't mind that they are mix I just wanted the to have Silkie feathering.

Wow...yours has a fluffy poof! Mine are about the same age but don't have that much floof going on on their heads.

Yep, he has a rooster feather saddle so crowing or not, it's a cockerel.

Having some with silkied feathers and large crests suggests they're second generation (or later) crosses. This one might be first generation. But yes, I'd say Polish is the other breed they have in the pen. It's odd to me that the seller wouldn't just say they're Silkie and Polish mixed.

Too young to be sure it's a pullet but it's not an obvious cockerel.
