Any that develop bright pink in the comb before they even finish feathering are male.

I need help sexing 5 week old buff Orpington. I have 2. One has rose coloring at the base of the comb. The other does not any color at all
Not the best pic. She was moving quite a bit. We can' have roosters in my town

5 week old Buff Orpington has rose coloring a base of crown. 2nd BO chick is the same age with no red coloring at all. Thoughts? I can' have a rooster and she is so sweet! Would love input

I'm not sure what I have here. (Breed or sex) This little one was hatched around April 1st. There was feather loss, shown here, when I recieved her/him, but they are growing back. There are some feathers on its legs. If you need a close up pic of anything, please let me know. Thank you in advance!

Probably a cockerel but I wouldn't give it away until it was more obvious than that.
