Not Sure If You've Got A Pullet Or Cockerel? Click Here! Thread 2

Checkers - Black and White
Speedy - Gray/tan
Miss Diva - Black/Copper

They are 12 weeks old in the photos and I'd like to know your guesses on their sex please.

Feathering says pullet. Her comb is unusually large for an EE pullet, still pale though, as a pullet should be. You are sure about the age?
Yep! Roughly 11.5 weeks (hatch date was 4/6). There isn’t much size disparity between the others with the same hatch date, either.

A bit early to be 100%, but I think pullet. The comb is somewhat mixed... not a pea comb, so chances are this bird doesn't carry a gene for blue shells.
Where did you get her ?(I hope her)
I got ‘her’ and 4 hatch mates from a local lady near me. This one is of course a favorite so I pray it’s a hen. One of my other favorites is looking like it’s a rooster.
this is the the other 4:

the one on the far left I suspected rooster since I brought them home, but the black one I was hoping was hen looks like maybe a rooster now. The 3rd From left I don’t know - developing slower than the rest and the one on far right I’m almost certain is a hen.

Good morning everyone! Just wondering if you guys could help identify this cockerel? Someone said this is a black jersey giant but I was told it’s a barred rock? He doesn’t have black legs, they’re more yellow with black running his shanks. Also, he most def has some barred white. Not a lot but it’s there. 7 weeks old

Hello! I decided to start another thread on helping all you back yard chicken farmers determine the sex of your chicken.
I know it can sometimes be super tricky to identify gender in chicks, so that's why we made this thread! No need to start your own thread, just hop on here and share a picture of your chick, making sure it's at least 4 weeks old before asking gender. Me and @Jetblack2004 are almost 100% on genders for chicks 4 weeks+.
So feel free to ask lots of questions regarding gender. We do NOT identify breeds, only gender. However, if anyone out there is good at identifying breeds, please let us know, we would love to have your help!

Thanks!

Darn I started my own! But I'll post here too. 6 week old welsummer - I think pullet coz no red in comb and no black in chest, but she has really thick legs and gets on like a rooster, and had no eyeliner when small, so I dunno...

What do you think?
