Not Sure If You've Got A Pullet Or Cockerel? Click Here! Thread 2

New to chickens and wondering about gender...BO and RIR will be 6 weeks in a day or 2. No waddles yet. BO is bigger than RIR even taking away the fluffy buff feathers. Neither acts very "roo-ish". The Barred Rock is 4 weeks today and is a spazz compared to others. Can't keep a roo here in the city. Thanks for your input!!

Having a hard time uploading photos...will try again soon.

Q: How do I post pictures on the forum? On my BYC page?

I have 4 blue/black/splash laced wyandottes. I do not know the color/sex of any of my new babies yet. Any help is appreciated...

Im rlthinking a black 2 blues and a splash as far as the colors go. I have no idea about sex. We are new to wyandottes but very excited.

I'm still struggling believing both my Speckled Sussex are pullets lol. This first lady here, Reba, I agree is a pullet.

This one though... 11.5 weeks now. Will be 12 weeks come Tuesday. This is Ringo (with guest appearances from the other three birds). Ringo likes to chest bump with Wyatt on the regular. It looks like the comb is becoming more red. No crowing at this point though. Wyatt hasn't either though, but Wyatt is the only one making chicken noises.

This last photo is Ringo on the left, Reba on the right, for comparison.

I don't necessarily want Ringo to be a cockerel, but if he is, I need to make sure I plan for more ladies (was only thinking about getting six more) so he and Wyatt don't beat them up.

I'm new to this but I would guess the last 2 are cockerels..
