It's a genetic impossibility for a pullet to have that type of 'light'barring. That's a cockerel.
No speckledhen has gotten BRs from hatcheries and one turned out to be extremely "light" but it was a pullet (you can see the photo in speckledhens albums). I understand that a true quality stock BR hen can never be "light", hatcheries have totally messed up the genetics and breeding quality of the birds though. Also by the over all looks of the bird I agree it is a cockerel.

Yes, pullets can be light. Actually. The rooster barring is smaller. He hen barring tends to be wider and sometimes can be lighter, but not as light as a Cockerel.
