Crowing? Pretty good sign of a cockerel! The dark red coloring on the wing is another good sign. If it has a red comb, you can be pretty sure.

The Cochin is 100% male. That barring is much too light for a female. Need better pics of the other. To get a good shot of feathering usually requires full sun.
The gold Easter Egger is a pullet. The black and white could be a Mottled D'Uccle, definitely a cockerel.
