Are we pullets or roos?
Daddy is a cuckoo Maran, mama is either a black or lavender ameraucana.

They are 5 weeks old.

Some breeds can be sexed accurately at 4 weeks old. Most need to be at least 6 weeks, 8 weeks is even better for accuracy.

No. The barring needs to come from the hen, not the rooster for sexlinking.

Need a little help with my small flock

I included their breeds but since they're from a feed store I wouldn't take them too seriously

Buff orpington, 7 weeks




RIR, 5 weeks





^I'm almost 100% sure she's a pullet, especially next to the little cockerel on the right

Dominique, 5 weeks










^This one I'm most unsure about, that comb looks very pink to me but no wattle development


^Also here is a picture of him/her at about 2 and a half weeks, I think a read somewhere the legs are an indicator for barred breeds? Not sure if that helps, but now his/her legs are completely grey besides the bottoms.

Chick 1, 100% cockerel

Chick 2, thinking pullet

Chick 3, easter egger, thinking cockerel

chick 4, one of my 3 appenzellers, not even gonna bother with them

chick 5, my andalusian, thinking pullet

Chick 6, buckeye. Not sure on this one

Chick 7, easter egger, probably pullet

Chick 8, easter egger. Thinking pullet.
Those are 8 of the 11 I have. What do you guys think?
