Mixed breeds, some Barred Rock or black sexlink in their ancestry, possibly some Australorp as well. 1 and 4 are cockerels. Age is about 3 or 4 weeks old.
Generic red bird. There is very little difference between hatchery sourced Rhode Island Reds, Production Reds, and New Hampshires, aside from the shade of red.The darkest get labeled RIR, the mid toned birds get labeled Production Reds, and the lightest reds get labeled New Hampshire.What breeds are used to make production red?
