I'm leaning toward both being pullets, but the front one makes me suspicious..

Only 10 weeks old, those are cockerels.

First, there is the patchy coloring. Then there is the fact that that particular shade of red on the wing/shoulder area is something only males get. Then there is the fact that pullets don't start to develop in the comb and turn pink until they are over 12 weeks old. And the bird in question has very obvious male specific saddle feathers. Those are the long, thin, pointed feathers on the back.
