That is a Gold Laced Wyandotte cockerel.

Our five week old Barred Plymouth Rock has a comb that is very small, but starting to turn pink, thick yellow legs and is now developing the start of red wattles. Can pullets develop red wattles this early? I can add photos of the wattles tomorrow if that would be helpful. These photos were taken a couple of days ago when she was four weeks old.

Always hard to tell on silkies. Some pics of the comb and wattles up close would help some.
