Not Sure If You've Got A Pullet Or Cockerel? Click Here! Thread 2

I have two 6-7 week old Blue Cochin/Ameracauna crosses that I let my broody hatch and raise this summer. Any idea if these are pullets or cockerels or is it too soon to tell? I've never had Cochins or Ameracaunas before. They both have fully feathered feet, cheek/beard feathers, short tails, and are in the process of establishing their ranks right now.

Considering that one of those have single combs, the Ameraucana is most likely an Easter Egger instead. No obvious cockerels, yet. Still a bit too young to be certain though.

Having fun vicariously living through a friend's newer chicks! Below I', attaching pictures of two 16 week olds. One is a speckled sussex and the other is a Buckeye. They were ordered as pullets. Did the hatchery get the sexing right?

Both appear to be pullets.
