. I stand corrected. My cochins do not have rose combs. My Wyandottes do.

. This is a picture of my chick at 5 weeks and 3 days. It looks like a silver laced Wyandotte. But it has a taller comb. I'm pretty sure mine is a rooster. You can compare the two.

. I have learned that mine might be a barred rock. Because of its single comb. Yours looks lie it has a rose comb.

Wyandottes are really hard. Pullet for now, but that could change in another couple weeks.

I know my pullets are still young but one of these babes, Lucille, seems to show some roo traits.

Looking like a cockerel. Spurs have nothing to do with gender, especially on young birds.
