This Ameraucana chick is keeping me guessing! Going on 10 weeks. Comb just got slightly pinkish (mostly because it's skittish!), but no discernable pea-comb yet...

Ah I'll have to wait til tomorrow then! I had posted other photos of it in natural lighting previously, but that was a couple weeks ago.

So I have a few here. Sorry that my pictures aren't the best... these chicks are not the calmest. They are 5 week old Easter eggers. I have three that are for sure cockerels so I won't post any of them.

Not an Easter Egger. Looks more a Phoenix or Fayoumi. If those chest feathers are as black as they look in the pictures, definitely a cockerel.

Wow thanks for your input! I looked at those two breeds and I think you were absolutely correct! I found a pic of a 4 week old fayoumi that looks just like it and the Phoenix chicks look very similar too. I just assumed because it looked like a chipmunk at first (just like the 3 EEs) that it was my 4th EE that I ordered. Looking at them again I think the white one is my 4th EE and this chick is my rare mystery chick. I really appreciate you adding your opinion on the breed.
