At that age, I'd have to guess all 3 are males.

I don't know that breed, but I'm not seeing any obvious signs of a cockerel..... so another vote for pullet.

It looks like a oriental mix to me... Mulberry face I've never had a EE with one.. The tail stance and brows are very prominent like most oriental breeds and Brahmas have them too.
