So. I’m pretty sure my EE “Winchester” is living up to the name and turning out to be a “he.” Can anyone confirm? Lol, he’s about 11 weeks, give or take.

I posted pictures of this french black copper maran last week and you said to post more pictures in a week. Here are some pictures I took today. In the last picture the two next to each other are siblings. They are about 5- 51/2 weeks old. There is a big difference in comb size.

Yes, he's a little cockerel. Some develop very early.
 
I was wondering about the neck feathers on these 2 Easter eggers. I'm new to chickens and none of my chicks have had feathers like the ones on the back of the neck of these 2. They are 5 weeks old. Could they be rooster? Or is this common for Easter egger?
They look like normal feathers to me. Both look like pullets at this point.
