they are all 3 months old and yes they are the same ageAre these roosters? They are Saphire gems and a bantam. I am for sure that they are roosters but my dad seems to think otherwise!

I'm not familiar with the breed except for what I read. Did you pay for pullets? They seem very developed for 12 weeks... maybe they mature quickly.they are all 3 months old and yes they are the same age
I was told by the lady getting the chicks they were pullets but then when I checked out I was charged for straight runs. I was not able to return because they were live birds. Yes they are 3 months. I am all new to keeping chickens and am really confused right now.I'm not familiar with the breed except for what I read. Did you pay for pullets? Thank you! And no I do not remember some having a white spot! I will start a new thread.Me too! If they are sex-linked and straight run, anyone who knows the difference (males will have white head spot) can pick out all the pullets. Do you remember white head spots?
When I first saw your pics, I thought 4 month old pullets getting close to point of lay. It is very confusing, but now I'm afraid you might be right about cockerels, although I don't see any male pointed saddle or hackle feathers. Maybe too early?
You might want to start a new thread in the sexing forum. Specify the breed in your title... hopefully someone familiar with the breed will know. Otherwise I guess you will find out one way or the other in a week or 2.
